36-2605. Controlled substances prescription monitoring program fund A. The controlled substances prescription monitoring program fund is established consisting of legislative appropriations, transfers pursuant to section 32-1907 and any grants, gifts or donations received by the board. The board shall administer the fund. Monies in the fund are continuously appropriated and shall be used to operate the controlled substances prescription monitoring program established pursuant to section 36-2602. B. The board may apply for grants and may accept gifts, grants or donations for the establishment and maintenance of the computerized prescription monitoring program.
