36-2975. Specified low income medicare beneficiary; eligibility The administration shall determine the eligibility of all persons who are specified low income medicare beneficiaries in accordance with federal law. The administration shall pay the monthly premiums under part B of title XVIII of the social security act on behalf of each specified low income medicare beneficiary.
