36-331. Duties of persons in charge of place of disposition A. Except as otherwise provided by law, a person in charge of a place of disposition shall not inter, cremate or allow other disposition of human remains without receiving a disposition-transit permit with the human remains. B. A person in charge of a place of disposition shall maintain a record of a disposition pursuant to rules adopted pursuant to this chapter. C. A person in charge of a place of disposition shall permit the state registrar to inspect the disposition records.
