36-3104. Methodology for allocating grant monies The department, in consultation with the federally designated statewide coalition to end sexual violence, shall develop a weighted methodology for allocating grant monies that considers all of the following: 1. The need for services. 2. Existing services. 3. Geographic location. 4. Population ratios.
