36-3291. Health care directives registry; exemption A. The department of health services shall designate a qualifying health information exchange organization to operate a health care directives registry. B. Subject to the availability of monies, the qualifying health information exchange organization shall establish and maintain a health care directives registry. C. Chapter 38 of this title does not apply to the health care directives registry or the qualifying health information exchange organization's operation of the registry.
