36-3434. Current service delivery system; continuation Nothing in this article relieves the state department of corrections, the department of economic security, the department of child safety, the department of education, the Arizona health care cost containment system, the department of health services or the Arizona supreme court from any current responsibility as prescribed by state or federal law.
