36-667. Civil penalty A. The department may impose a civil penalty of not more than five thousand dollars if a person does the following in violation of this article: 1. Performs, or permits or procures the performance of, an HIV-related test in violation of this article. 2. Discloses, compels another person to disclose or procures the disclosure of communicable disease related information in violation of this article. B. The director shall deposit, pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, all monies collected pursuant to this section in the state general fund.
