36-669. Human immunodeficiency testing of prisoners The state department of corrections in consultation with the department of health services may require that a prisoner be tested for the human immunodeficiency virus if the department of corrections has reasonable grounds to believe that the person is infected with the human immunodeficiency virus and is a health threat to others.
