36-736. Administrative procedures act; judicial review of administrative procedures; exemption; appeals A. Orders of the tuberculosis control officer or local health officer issued pursuant to this article and procedures prescribed by this article are exempt from title 41, chapter 6 and title 12, chapter 7, article 6. B. An order of the superior court that imposes, denies, modifies, amends or rescinds court ordered examination, treatment, monitoring, isolation or quarantine pursuant to this article may be reviewed at the request of any party in interest by appeal to the court of appeals as prescribed in the Arizona rules of civil procedure or by special action. The court may give scheduling preference to this appeal or special action.
