36-911. Enforcement regulations; decisions; appeal A. The director may make regulations to enforce the provisions of this article which shall conform insofar as practicable with those promulgated under the federal act. The director may adopt a manual of procedures governing his operation. B. All decisions rendered by the director, pursuant to the applicable law and regulations, shall be in writing and filed in the office of the department of health services. Notice of such decisions shall be given to the affected person by registered mail with return receipt requested. If no appeal is taken within the time provided by law, the decision of the director shall be final.
