37-103. Seal of state land department The state land department shall have a seal, and it shall be affixed with the signature of the state land commissioner to all instruments of conveyance, leases, certificates and other official acts. The signature of the commissioner and seal of the department upon the original or copy of any paper, plat, map or document from the state land department shall impart verity thereto.
