37-1386. Construction of article; hazardous materials; electronic filing A. This article does not prohibit cities subject to this article, towns or volunteer fire districts from enacting ordinances, resolutions, rules or regulations with regard to fire protection or prevention pursuant to other provisions of law or charter, provided such ordinances, resolutions, rules or regulations are equal to or exceed minimum standards imposed pursuant to this article. B. A facility that is located in a city or town with a population of seventy-five thousand persons or more, in conjunction with the local fire department or fire district, may deliver hazardous materials management plans and hazardous materials inventory statements electronically. C. Nothing in this section prohibits a local fire department or fire district from requiring electronic filing of hazardous materials management plans and hazardous materials inventory statements.
