37-234. Sale of agricultural lands without application; limitation on sales of agricultural lands The state land department may sell agricultural land without application. Sales of agricultural land with or without application shall not exceed two hundred thousand acres in any one year. No more than three hundred twenty acres of a section shall be sold in any one year.
