37-250. Replacement of lost or destroyed certificate of purchase When a certificate of purchase is lost, destroyed or wrongfully withheld by any person from the owner thereof, the state land department may receive evidence of the loss, destruction or wrongful withholding, and issue a new certificate of purchase, or patent, to the person entitled thereto.
