38-273. Recording notice of ownership of real property; lien of judgment Upon receiving the certificate the county recorder shall endorse, file and record it in the same manner as notices of the pendency of an action affecting real estate. Any judgment recovered in such action is a lien upon all real estate belonging to the defendant and located in any county in which the certificate is filed for the amount that the owner thereof is or may be liable upon the judgment, from the time of filing the certificate.
