38-341. Accusation by grand jury A. An accusation, in writing, against a county, district or precinct officer for wilful or corrupt misconduct in office may be presented by a grand jury of the county for or in which the officer accused is elected or appointed. B. The accusation shall state the offense charged in ordinary and concise language, and without repetition.
