§ 38.345

38-345. Right of appeal; suspension from office pending appeal An appeal may be taken from a judgment of removal to the supreme court in the same manner as from a judgment in a civil action, but until the judgment is reversed the accused shall be suspended from office. Pending the appeal the office may be filled as vacancies in other offices are filled.
