38-506. Remedies A. In addition to any other remedies provided by law, any contract entered into by a public agency in violation of this article is voidable at the instance of the public agency. B. Any person affected by a decision of a public agency may commence a civil suit in the superior court for the purpose of enforcing the civil provisions of this article. The court may order such equitable relief as it deems appropriate in the circumstances including the remedies provided in this section. C. The court may in its discretion order payment of costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, to the prevailing party in an action brought under subsection B.
