§ 38.609

38-609. Retention of salary of subordinate; classification A public officer or employee who accepts, retains or diverts for his own use or the use of any other person any part of the salary or fees allowed by law or usage to his deputy, clerk, other subordinate officer or employee, is guilty of a class 5 felony.
