4-116.01. Receipts from sampling privilege and growler permits Notwithstanding any other law, all receipts derived from sampling privilege and growler permit applications are appropriated to the department. The department shall deposit monies received pursuant to this section in the liquor licenses fund established by section 4-120. The amount deposited into the liquor licenses fund pursuant to this section shall be without regard to the amount appropriated to the department by the legislature.
