4-116. Receipts from club licenses and applications Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, all receipts derived from club licenses and applications therefor are appropriated to the department of economic security for buildings, equipment or other capital investments. All revenue so received by the department shall be deposited, pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, in the economic security capital investments fund.
