§ 40-360-12

40-360.12. Jurisdiction of the commission Except as specifically provided for in this article nothing in this article shall confer upon the commission the power or jurisdiction to regulate or supervise any person, that is not otherwise a public service corporation regulated and supervised by the commission. Nothing contained in this article shall confer upon the commission the power or jurisdiction to regulate or establish the rates, regulations or conditions of service of any such person.
