40-210. Contractors; requirements; prohibition; definition A. A contractor who is licensed by the registrar of contractors pursuant to title 32 is eligible to participate in a commission approved rebate or other pricing program offered by a public service corporation if the contractor obtains the same or equivalent training or certification required under the program. B. A contractor who is licensed under the registrar of contractors pursuant to title 32 shall not be required to: 1. Join any trade association or other membership organization. 2. Pay dues to any trade association or other membership organization. C. For the purposes of this section, ' contractor' has the same meaning prescribed in section 32-1101.
