40-249. Complaint by public service corporation; hearing Any public service corporation shall have the same privilege to complain as is afforded other parties under this article, and the same procedure shall be followed as in other cases, except that the complaint may be heard ex parte by the commission, or may be served upon any parties designated by the commission.
