40-328. Duty of telephone and telegraph companies to handle messages of connecting companies Every telephone corporation and telegraph corporation operating in this state shall receive, transmit and deliver, without delay or discrimination, the conversations and messages of every other telephone or telegraph corporation with which a physical connection is made.
