40-426. Violations by officers, agents or employees of public service corporations; classification Every officer, agent or employee of a public service corporation, who violates or fails to comply with, or procures any violation by a public service corporation of any provision of the constitution of the state or of this chapter, or of any order, rule or requirement, of the commission, is guilty of a class 1 misdemeanor unless another classification is specifically prescribed in this chapter.
