40-807. Certification by president and secretary of paid-in capital stock The president and secretary, within thirty days after payment of the last installment of the capital stock as fixed and limited by the company, shall execute a certificate sworn to by them, stating the amount of capital so fixed and paid in, and file it with the corporation commission.
