41-1097.01. Filing and publication of exempt rules A. The secretary of state shall prescribe a uniform numbering system and have reasonable discretion to determine the form and style for exempt rules filed with and published by the secretary of state's office. The secretary of state shall refuse to accept a notice of exempt rulemaking if the notice or filing does not comply with the secretary of state's prescribed filing requirements, numbering system, form and style. B. If an agency files a notice of exempt rulemaking, the secretary of state shall publish the notice in the register pursuant to the exemption requirements prescribed in statute or session law. C. All exempt rules shall be codified and published in the code only as prescribed in statute or session law.
