41-1713.01. Deputy director; powers and duties; compensation A. The primary responsibility of the deputy director is to assist the director and perform functions and duties assigned by the director. B. The deputy director is exempt from chapter 4, articles 5 and 6 of this title and is eligible to receive compensation pursuant to section 38-611.
