41-3027.05. Arizona board of regents; termination July 1, 2027 Subject to approval by the voters of a constitutional amendment repealing the authority for the board pursuant to article XI, section 5, Constitution of Arizona: 1. The Arizona board of regents terminates on July 1, 2027. 2. Title 15, chapter 13, article 2 and this section are repealed on January 1, 2028.
