41-619.56. Board of fingerprinting fund A. The board of fingerprinting fund is established consisting of monies appropriated by the legislature and fees established by the board pursuant to section 41-619.53. The board shall administer the fund subject to legislative appropriation. Monies in the fund are continuously appropriated for the purposes provided in this article. B. Monies deposited in the fingerprinting fund are exempt from the provisions of section 35-190 relating to lapsing of appropriations.
