41-796.01. Adjusted work hours The director by rule shall require adjusted work hours for at least eighty-five per cent of state employees with offices located in area A or area B as defined in section 49-541 each year beginning October 1 and ending April 1 in order to reduce the level of carbon monoxide concentrations caused by vehicular travel.
