41-169. Address confidentiality program fund A. The address confidentiality program fund is established consisting of assessments collected pursuant to section 12-116.05. B. The secretary of state shall administer the fund and spend monies in the fund in order to defray the cost of the administration of the address confidentiality program. C. On notice from the secretary of state, the state treasurer shall invest and divest monies in the fund as provided by section 35-313, and monies earned from investment shall be credited to the fund. D. Monies in the fund are continuously appropriated and are exempt from the provisions of section 35-190 relating to lapsing of appropriations.
