41-195. Violation; classification A person violating any provision of this article or any regulation authorized by this article, is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor. If the person violating any provision of this article or regulation adopted under the authority of this article is an officer or employee of a state agency, he shall, in addition to the prescribed penalties, be removed forthwith from such office or employment.
