41-1303. Minutes; reports A. The council shall keep complete minutes of its meetings which shall be filed with the secretary of the senate and the chief clerk of the house of representatives. B. The council shall prepare an annual report to be submitted to each regular session of the legislature containing such recommendations and other material as the council deems advisable. The council may, from time to time, make special reports for presentation to the legislature.
