41-1307. Museum gift shop revolving fund; exemption A. The museum gift shop revolving fund is established consisting of gift shop proceeds received from the sale of goods, gifts, nonfederal grants and donations. The director of the Arizona legislative council shall administer the fund. Monies in the fund are continuously appropriated. The director shall use the monies in the fund to provide to the public goods for sale that are reflective of the themes of the state capitol museum and this state. B. Monies in the fund are exempt from the provisions of section 35-190 relating to lapsing of appropriations.
