41-1374. Qualifications A person may not serve as ombudsman-citizens aide within one year of the last day the person served as a state elected officer. As minimum qualifications, the ombudsman-citizens aide shall be a resident of this state for at least six months, shall be at least twenty-five years of age and shall have investigatory experience.
