41-1715. Department of public safety reserve The director may provide for a volunteer organization to be known as the department of public safety reserve, which organization shall consist of United States citizens who are residents of the state of Arizona and who shall render auxiliary support, without compensation, to the department as the director may prescribe. This organization may consist of volunteers who are peace officers and volunteers who are not peace officers.
