41-1725. Capitol police administrative towing fund The capitol police administrative towing fund is established consisting of monies deposited pursuant to section 28-3513. The department shall administer the fund. The monies in the fund are continuously appropriated and are exempt from the provisions of section 35-190 relating to lapsing of appropriations. The monies in the fund may be used by the capitol police for law enforcement purposes.
