41-1751. Reporting court dispositions to department of public safety Every magistrate, or judge of a court, or clerk of a court of record who is responsible for court records in this state shall furnish to the department information pertaining to all court dispositions of felonies and misdemeanors, except traffic arrests, where incarceration or fingerprinting of the person occurred, including guilty pleas, convictions, acquittals, probations granted and pleas of guilty to reduced charges within forty days of the final disposition. Such information shall be submitted on a form and in accordance with rules approved by the supreme court of this state.
