41-1965. Eligibility of lottery prize winner to receive assistance; determination On receipt of the information provided by the state lottery commission pursuant to section 5-573, subsection C, the director shall determine if the person is receiving assistance from any financial assistance program administered by the department. If the person is receiving assistance, the director shall promptly redetermine the eligibility of that person to receive the assistance.
