41-2516. Procurement advisory groups or evaluation committees A. The director may appoint advisory groups or evaluation committees to assist with respect to specifications, solicitation evaluations or procurement in specific areas and with respect to any other matters within the authority of the director. B. Members of advisory groups or evaluation committees are not eligible to receive compensation but are eligible for reimbursement of expenses pursuant to title 38, chapter 4, article 2.
