41-2833. Department of juvenile corrections local cost sharing fund; use A. The department of juvenile corrections local cost sharing fund is established consisting of monies collected and deposited pursuant to section 41-2832. The department shall administer the fund. B. Monies in the fund are subject to legislative appropriation and are to be used for the operating costs of the department.
