41-5201. Persons with disabilities; usage This state shall use the term ' persons with disabilities' in all laws, rules, publications, orders, actions, programs, policies and signage. This state shall revise laws, rules, publications, orders, actions, programs, policies and signage to use the term ' persons with disabilities' only when updates are otherwise necessary.
