41-5754. School facilities revenue bond debt service fund A. The board shall establish a school facilities revenue bond debt service fund consisting of monies transferred to the fund pursuant to sections 37-521 and 42-5030.01. B. Monies in the school facilities revenue bond debt service fund may be used only for the purposes authorized by this article. C. The state treasurer or bond trustee shall administer and account for the school facilities revenue bond debt service fund.
