41-5809. Investment of monies in impact aid revenue bond debt service fund A. The governing board may authorize the investment and reinvestment of any monies in the school district's impact aid revenue bond debt service fund. B. All monies earned as interest or otherwise derived from the investment of the monies in the impact aid revenue bond debt service fund shall be credited to that fund. C. The impact aid revenue bond debt service fund is a continuing fund and is not subject to reversion.
