41-724. Exemptions A. The Arizona board of regents, the Arizona commerce authority and the legislative and judicial branches of state government shall not be subject to the provisions of this article except as prescribed by law. B. The Arizona board of regents and the judicial branch of state government shall be subject to the provisions of sections 35-112 and 35-113.
