41-733. Examination of witnesses When it is necessary in the exercise of his powers and duties, the director or his authorized agents may examine the parties and others on oath, touching any material matters, and for that purpose may administer oaths, issue subpoenas and compel witnesses to attend before him and give evidence, in the same manner and by the same means allowed by law to courts of record.
