41-744. Nonconformity with federal regulations granting federal monies Any provision of this article that conflicts or is inconsistent with federal rules, regulations or standards governing the grant of federal monies to any agency or department of this state does not apply to the agency or department. The director may vary or waive the terms of the rules and procedures as applicable to these agencies and departments to comply with the conditions for federal grants.
