41-846. Violation; classification Except as otherwise provided in section 13-3702.01, any person, institution or corporation violating any provision of this article is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor and shall forfeit to the Arizona state museum all articles and material discovered, collected, excavated or offered for sale or exchange, together with all photographs and records relating to such objects.
